Who I Work With

It's my pleasure to share a bit more about those with whom I work best.

While I’m confident I can help many types of people with a variety of health challenges and goals, I prefer working with those experiencing two defining phases in a woman’s life.

Having said this, here are a few more insights into the type of woman I most enjoy working with.

My clients are willing to take responsibility for their lives.

They have given up playing victim and blaming others for their experiences. As a result, my clients are honest, proactive, show up on time for their sessions, are willing to participate fully in their program, and to “try on” my recommendations whole-heartedly.

My clients are looking for a way of eating and living that lasts a lifetime.

They’ve tried many diets and quick fixes and no longer have patience for false promises. They are looking for an authentic, personalized solution that they can integrate into their busy lifestyle.

My clients are self-motivated individuals.

They enjoy the warm, safe haven and the gentle nudging and accountability I provide, but they don’t need (or like) me to be a taskmaster to get them to follow-through with recommendations.

My clients want to make sense of their health, nutrition and exercise options.

They enjoy learning new things and appreciate my ability to distill complicated information into concrete, step-by-step solutions they can use right away.

My clients understand the importance of having the time and space to nurture their self-awareness and belief in themselves.

While they may not always feel “on track,” they recognize now is the time to invest in themselves. They finally feel ready, willing and able to make a change.
